  • Days on Market (Seattle): 33 - Up 94.1% year over year

  • Days on Market (Eastside): 35 - Up 84.2% year over year

Snohomish County: 

  • Active Listings: 2,181 - Down 7.47% year over year

  • Closed Sales: 1,486 - Up 7.22% year over year

Pierce County:
