The median sales price in Seattle dropped 4.69% to $700,000
The median sales price on the east side rose 2.2% to $850,000
The average days on market in Seattle was 29 days—a 61.1% increase
The average days on market on the east side was 34 days—a 100% increase
The median sales price for condos in Seattle dropped 12.35% to $450,000
There were 2,164 active listings—an increase of 6.29%
There were 1,376 closed sales—a decrease of 2.06%
The median sales price rose 3.23% to $480,000
The average days on market was 25 days—a 47.1% increase
There were 2,107 active listings—a decrease of 12.68%
There were 1,591 closed sales—a decrease of 0.87%
The median sales price rose 6.18% to $370,000
The average days on market was 23 days—a 4.5% increase
